Hero now does bulk: connect Shopify, import your catalog, list everything

Listing one item at a time is fine when you have ten items. It falls apart when you have a pallet.
Today we're launching bulk tools for sellers with real inventory: liquidators, pallet flippers, consignment stores, estate sale companies. Import an entire catalog, let Hero clean it up and price it, and list everything to eBay, Facebook Marketplace, and Hero in one pass.
The pallet problem
Do the math on a 300-item pallet. A proper listing takes up to 30 minutes: photos, price research, title, description. That's 150 hours of listing work. Nearly a month of full-time labor before you sell a single thing.
Most bulk sellers cope with some combination of spreadsheets, copy-paste, and lowering their standards. Enterprise software exists, but it's built for brands with clean product data, not for someone staring at a pallet of mixed returns.
We built the version for you.
Get your inventory in
Import your catalog from Shopify, WooCommerce, or a plain spreadsheet. Or bulk upload photos and let Hero figure out what everything is.
Partial data is fine. Bad data is fine. Half your rows missing descriptions, prices from 2019, product names like "BLU WDGT LRG (2)"? Bring it. Hero works with what you have.
Let Hero do the listing work
Once your inventory is in, Hero does what it already does for a single scan, just across your whole catalog:
Every item gets identified. Titles and descriptions get written. Prices come from real sold data, not wishful thinking. Catalog cleanup fixes messy imports automatically, so the 2019 spreadsheet comes out the other side looking like a product catalog.
And your photos get the same upgrade. Studio Photos turns one photo of each item into six clean studio shots, now at catalog scale. One warehouse-floor photo per item in, a full professional photo set per listing out. Scuffs and wear stay visible, because in secondhand selling the flaws are the listing.
List everything, everywhere
When your catalog is ready, push it live to eBay, Facebook Marketplace, and Hero. Or export your inventory and take it anywhere else.
Every field is editable. Nothing goes live without your approval. You review, you approve, it lists. That's the whole workflow.
Meet the web dashboard
All of this lives in the new Hero web dashboard. Your full inventory, every active listing, keyboard-speed editing on a screen bigger than your phone.
The iOS and Android apps aren't going anywhere. They're still the fastest way to capture items one at a time. Scan on your phone, manage on the web. Use both.
Try it on your next pallet
If you've got a catalog, a storage unit, or an estate's worth of stuff waiting to be listed, this launch is for you. Import it and see how far Hero gets before you touch a single field.
