Vintage Hallmark Turtle with Flower Pin

Found this cute little vintage turtle pin. It's a green turtle wearing a red hat and holding a yellow flower. Really nice gold tone metal on the back. It's in pretty good shape for its age, just a classic little accessory to pin on a jacket or bag. Not sure exactly what year it's from but definitely has that retro vibe.
