Vintage FDR Signing Photograph

Found this old black and white photo of FDR signing some papers with a group of people around him. It's a cool piece of history, looks like a vintage press photo or maybe a souvenir print from back in the day. It has some wear and a bit of a stain near the middle, but honestly it just adds to the vintage vibe. Not sure exactly what year it's from but definitely an interesting find for anyone into political history or old photography.
