Universal Thread Blue and White Tiered Maxi Skirt Set

Selling this cute two piece set from Universal Thread. It's got a blue and white pattern with stripes and some floral-ish designs mixed in. The top is a cropped off-the-shoulder style with elastic at the waist and the skirt is a long tiered maxi with a stretchy waistband. Super comfy for summer or a beach trip. Only worn a couple times so it's still in great shape.
