Got a copy of Sonic Chaos for the Sega Game Gear here. It's just the cartridge in a clear plastic protective case. Label looks pretty good for its age, just some normal wear. If you're looking to play some classic 8-bit Sonic on the go or just filling out your Game Gear collection, this is a solid pick. Tested it out and it works fine.
