This is a vintage Zell "Add-O-Meter" coin bank from the early 20th century. It's got a great green textured finish with gold lettering that reads "Insurance Means Independence." The mechanical counter on the front still shows the total, which was a clever way to encourage saving back in the day. It shows some honest wear around the edges and on the base, but it's a solid piece of history for any collector of banks or insurance memorabilia. Used, with a nice aged patina.
