Y2K Ochirly Black Velvet Lace-Up Skirt

Selling this super cute black mini skirt from Ochirly. It has a cool front zipper and these velvet lace-up details with bows on the front that look like little hearts. It's got a bit of a pleated look at the bottom too. Really nice for a night out or if you're going for that coquette/goth vibe. Only worn a couple times so it's in great shape. fits really well and the velvet is soft.
