Wishist Smocked Tulle Midi Dress

Selling this really pretty Wishlist smocked tulle midi dress. It has that tiered look and the smocking on the chest makes it super stretchy and easy to wear. The tulle is soft and gives it a nice flowy vibe. Great for a party or if you just want to dress up a bit. It's in good condition, just clearing out some space in my wardrobe. fits pretty true to size.
