White Textured Tiered Halter Maxi Dress

This is a really pretty white tiered maxi dress with a cool textured, crinkled fabric. It's got a halter-style top with long ties that you can wrap around. The skirt has a nice flowy, tiered look to it. Used, but still in great shape for summer. It's a very lightweight and airy piece.
