This is a neat piece of medical history—a vintage Welch Allyn No. 106 ophthalmoscope head. It's made of classic black bakelite and features the original dial for adjusting the lenses, marked with plus and minus signs. You can see the 'WACO' branding and the Auburn, N.Y. origin stamped right on the back. It's a solid, well-made tool from a different era. Used, with some expected wear for its age, but it still has that great mid-century industrial look.
