Welch Allyn Diagnostic Instrument Heads and Accessories

I'm passing along this vintage Welch Allyn diagnostic set. It includes a few different heads and an extension arm, all with that classic chrome finish. They've been well-kept and still have a nice weight to them. Perfect for a collector or someone who appreciates the build quality of older medical instruments. Used, but in good shape.
