Vintage WWII-era Cartoon Drawing

Found this old WWII cartoon drawing, looks like it was made by someone stationed in the Philippines. It's got some funny period jokes and is drawn on old paper, definitely has that vintage feel. Not sure who the artist is but it's a cool piece of history if you're into wartime memorabilia.
