Vintage Southern Belle Figurine

Charming vintage Southern belle figurine in a green dress and bonnet. There are a few spots where the paint has worn off, but it still looks really sweet on a shelf or as part of a collection. Not sure of the maker, but it's got that classic old-school charm.
