Vintage Russian Man Ceramic Decanter

Found this cool vintage ceramic decanter of a Russian man with a big beard and a tall hat. It's got a lot of character and would look great on a bar shelf or just as a decor piece. No major chips that I can see, just a neat old piece of pottery. Not sure of the exact age but it definitely has that classic mid-century vibe.
