Vintage Porcelain Figurine Seated Gentleman with Bird

Got this vintage porcelain figurine of a seated gentleman. He's wearing a bright yellow coat and holding what looks like a small bird. It's got that classic 18th-century style with lots of hand-painted details on the vest and base. There's some tools and a jug at his feet too. It's a pretty nice decorative piece for a shelf or mantle if you're into the antique look. No major chips that I can see but it's definitely an older item.
