Vintage Landscape Oil Painting in Ornate Frame

Got this vintage landscape oil painting for sale. It's got a nice scene with a little cabin by a river and some autumn trees. The frame is pretty ornate with a gold and green finish, definitely has that classic mid-century decor vibe. It's signed in the corner but I can't quite make out the name. Great piece if you're looking to add some old school charm to a room. Frame has a few minor scuffs but nothing crazy.
