Vintage Industrial Roll-Around Floor Fan

Got this old vintage industrial floor fan. It's definitely seen better days and has a good amount of rust on the frame and cage, but it's got that heavy duty build you dont see much anymore. It's a roll-around style with the wheels on the bottom. Not sure if it still kicks on so selling it as-is. Would be a cool restoration project or just some industrial decor if thats your thing.
