Vintage Framed Cottage Oil Painting

Got this nice oil painting of a cozy cottage by the water. It's got some really vibrant colors, especially with the flowers and the sunset in the background. The frame is pretty solid and has some cool ornate detailing on it. It's a decent size and would look great in a living room or hallway if you're looking for that classic homey vibe. There's a signature on the bottom left but I can't quite make it out. Overall it's in good shape and ready to hang up.
