Vintage Ceramic Holly Leaf Candle Warmer Potpourri Burner

Found this ceramic candle warmer or potpourri burner while cleaning out some stuff. It's got a pretty classic holly and berry design with some cutouts for the light to shine through. Looks like it might be hand painted or just a vintage style piece. It's in decent shape, just a bit of wear from being around.
