Vintage Boy in Inner Tube Toy Figure

Found this vintage-style little swimmer figure while cleaning out some old toy bins. It's a small boy wearing a blue snorkel mask and red trunks, lounging in a bright green inner tube. It's got some wear and marks from age, but it's still a fun little piece for a collector or for a bath time toy. Used.
