Vintage Blue and White Porcelain Bell

Selling this vintage blue and white porcelain bell. It's got a cool winter scene on it with some trees and a little house, looks like it might be Jasperware or something similar. The handle has a silver-colored tip on top. It's a nice little decorative piece for a shelf or if you collect bells. Not sure exactly how old it is but it has that classic vintage look. No major cracks that I can see.
