Vintage 1942 Mother of Pearl Mother Wire Brooch

Found this vintage "Mother" brooch. It's got that classic carved mother of pearl base with the gold tone wire lettering on top. Looks like it might be from the 40s based on the little note it was with. Pretty cool piece of sweetheart jewelry if you're into that vintage look. It's in decent shape for its age, just a nice simple pin.
