Uptown Armory EV1 thermoelectric cooler kit for sale. It's an 80W unit that runs on 12V and comes with the 120W power supply brick and all the wiring shown. Pretty niche item, usually used for cooling small enclosures or DIY projects where you need to drop temps without a compressor.
