Troy-Bilt 21 in. Gas Push Mower with Honda Engine

Got this Troy-Bilt mower with the Honda engine but I can't get it to start up. It's missing the air filter and the cover, but the engine isn't seized or anything since it still pulls and cranks fine. I haven't really had the time to mess with it or try to fix it, so if you're handy with engines this could be a great deal for you. Selling as-is.
