Classic Silver Surfer action figure from the 90s Toy Biz era. It's got that iconic chrome finish that really shines, though there's some light wear from age. The surfboard is included and he stands on it just fine. Great piece for a Marvel collector or anyone nostalgic for the old Fantastic Four toy lines. Used, but still looks sharp on a shelf.
