This is a vintage Raphael figure from the 1994 Road Ready Mutants line. It's a cool piece because it actually transforms into a vehicle, though this listing is just for the figure as shown. He's wearing his black biker vest and helmet with the signature red mask peeking through. Used, with some typical play wear on the paint and joints, but still holds a pose well.
