TMNT 2003 Foot Soldier Action Figure 123

Got this Foot Soldier figure from the 2003 Ninja Turtles line. He's seen some action so there is some paint wear and he's missing his weapons, but still a cool piece if you're trying to build an army for Shredder. Joints are okay but definitely played with. Great for a custom project or just to fill a spot on the shelf.
