Got a pair of Timberland PRO Radius work shoes here. These are the womens composite safety toe version in a cool blue and pink colorway. They're super lightweight and feel more like a sneaker than a heavy work boot, but they still have the protection you need for the job site. The mesh is breathable and the sole has plenty of cushion.
