Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Baxter Stockman Action Figure

Got this Baxter Stockman fly figure from the 2013 Nickelodeon TMNT line. He's missing his wings and the little extra arms, but the main figure is still in decent shape for play or if you just need the base for a custom. The sculpt on the mutated arm is actually pretty cool. Selling as is, check the pics for the condition.
