Strait-Line Rolling Tape 300

Got this Strait-Line Rolling Tape still in the original packaging. It's pretty handy because you just roll it along the wall or floor and it does all the math for you, even helps with spacing out points for pictures or whatever. Way easier than messing with a metal tape measure by yourself. Packaging has a little wear from storage but the tool is brand new.
