This is a cool little Commander Neyo figure from the Star Wars 30th Anniversary Collection. It's got that classic 91st Reconnaissance Corps look with the red markings and the distinct helmet design. It comes on a small desert-style base, which is a nice touch for display. It's been played with, so there's some light wear, but it still looks great on a shelf.
