This is the Special Collector's Edition of Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home on DVD. It's the widescreen version from the Paramount Collection. The case has that classic brushed metal look on the cover. Used, but the disc and case are in good shape for any Trek fan's shelf. It's a two-disc set with plenty of bonus features about the making of the movie.
