Stainless Steel Paper Towel Holder with Tension Arm

Selling this stainless steel paper towel holder. It's got a weighted base so it doesnt tip over when you're grabbing a sheet and a side arm to keep the roll from unraveling. Pretty sturdy and does the job. Has some water spots on the base but should clean up fine.
