
Selling my autographed copies of Sous-Vide Cuisine by Joan Roca and Salvador Brugues. 2005 and 2010 editions. This is a pretty legendary book if you're into professional cooking or just want to master the art of sous vide. It's a big, heavy hardcover that goes deep into the science and techniques. The cover has a few marks on it from being in the kitchen but the pages inside are still in good shape. Definitely a cool find for any serious home chef or pro looking to level up their game. Both have covers.
