Smocked Off-the-Shoulder Striped Mini Dress

Selling this cute off the shoulder mini dress. It has a smocked body so it's pretty stretchy and form fitting, with those big puff sleeves and a ruffle hem. The pattern is a simple pink and white stripe. Really nice for summer or a casual day out. Only worn a couple times, still in good shape.
