Small Soldiers INSANIAC vtg 1990s action figure

Got this vintage Insaniac figure from the Small Soldiers movie back in the 90s. He's the crazy looking guy with the spinning arms and the wild hair. Still in pretty decent shape for being a few decades old, just has some normal wear from being played with back in the day. Cool little piece of nostalgia if you're into the movie or just want a weird looking monster for the shelf. No box or anything, just the figure itself.
