This is the Dr. Neo Cortex figure from the Skylanders Imaginators series. It's a cool crossover piece for any Crash Bandicoot fan, featuring his classic lab coat and ray gun. The figure is mounted on the standard hexagonal Imaginators base. Used, but it's in good shape and ready to be added to a collection or used in-game.
