Got this HDHomeRun Extend box for anyone looking to cut the cord. It's pretty cool because it has built-in transcoding, so it doesnt hog all your wifi bandwidth when you're streaming live TV to your phone or tablet. It has two tuners so you can watch or record two shows at once. Box is still in good shape, just never got around to setting it up like I planned. Perfect if you want free local channels without the cable bill.
