Ribbed Tie-Front Ruffle Strap Dress

Selling this dress that I've never worn! It's a size small (4-6) and fits pretty true to size. Super cute with the ruffle straps and the tie front. Just never got around to wearing it so it's basically brand new. Pick up only please.
