Selling this super cute rhinestone fringe bustier top. It's got that sparkly tassel look that's perfect for a festival, concert, or a night out. The base is a black corset style top with adjustable hooks in the back. Honestly looks amazing under lights and has a nice weight to it because of all the crystals. Only worn it once so it's in great shape, just trying to clear out some space in my closet.
