Rheem Performance 36 kW 7.03 GPM 240-Volt Self-Modulating Electric Tankless Water Heater

Got this Rheem Performance tankless water heater for sale. This is the big 36kW model so it can handle a lot more than the smaller units, rated for about 7 GPM. It's got the digital display on the front to dial in your temp exactly. Really nice for saving space since it just mounts on the wall and you don't have a giant tank sitting around. It's electric and self-modulating so it stays pretty efficient. Brand new in the box, just ended up not needing it for the project.
