Real Good Toys Allison Jr. Dollhouse Kit

Selling this big Victorian style dollhouse. It's the Allison Jr. model I believe, or very similar. It's got a nice blue paint job with white trim and a real wood shingle roof. There is a bit of wear on the roof shingles as you can see in the photos, but overall it's in pretty good shape. Perfect project if you want to furnish it or just leave it as is. It's quite large so you'll need some space for it. Pick up only.
