Got this Team Rocket's Moltres ex from the Surging Sparks set. It's the special illustration rare with Giovanni in the background, looks super clean. Card is 201/192. I've kept it in a magnetic one-touch case since I pulled it so it's in great shape. Really cool art on this one if you're a fan of the classic Rocket vibes.
