Pokémon TCG Birthday Pikachu Wizards Black Star Promo #24

Found this old Birthday Pikachu promo card from the Wizards of the Coast era. It's the holographic version with the 'Birthday Surprise' attack. It's been sitting around for a while, so it shows some wear and light scratches on the surface, but it's still a cool piece for a collection. It has the blank space where you can write in a name. Used condition.
