Pokémon Computer Error Black Star Promo #16 CGC 9

Got this CGC graded Mint 9 Computer Error promo card from the old Wizards of the Coast era. It's the Black Star Promo #16 from back in 2000. The slab is in good shape and the card looks super clean inside. Great piece of nostalgia if you're trying to finish a promo set or just like the Team Rocket aesthetic. Case has no major scratches or anything like that.
