Plasticade Wind Sign II Sidewalk Sign

Selling this heavy-duty sidewalk sign frame. It's the kind you can fill with water or sand at the base so it doesn't blow over in the wind. It has wheels on the bottom which makes it easy to tilt and move around. The black plastic frame is in good shape. Just swapping out my signage so I don't need this one anymore. Used, but still very sturdy.
