Parker Striped Flutter Sleeve Tassel Dress Size S

Selling this cute Parker dress. It's got a blue and white striped pattern with some nice flutter sleeves and a tassel tie at the neck. Size S. 100% cotton. Really breezy and comfortable for summer or a beach day. It's in good shape, just dont wear it enough anymore. Great little casual piece to throw on.
