Selling this NWT Rags sleeveless hooded romper. It has a really pretty blue floral print and it's the 6-12 month size. If you know Rags, you know they don't have snaps so they're super easy to get on and off through the neck. Brand new with tags, never even got a chance to put it on my little one.
