Nine West Colorblock Halter Maxi Dress

Got this Nine West halter maxi dress, still has the tags on it. It's a nice two-tone blue and light blue color block design. Really flowy and comfortable for summer or a vacation. Just never got around to wearing it so figured someone else could use it. Pretty sure it's a size medium but I can double check if you need.
