New York City Outlaws #2 (1987)

This is a copy of New York City Outlaws #2 from Outlaw Comics. It's titled "A Justice of Blood!" and features some pretty wild cover art with the Statue of Liberty in the background. The comic comes in a protective plastic sleeve. It's used but looks to be in decent shape for its age. Great find if you're into indie or underground comics from the late 80s.
